How much do your services cost?

Text or call our phone with your job details and we’ll provide a free online estimate. Our pricing spreadsheet is not public, however a list of services that we offer is available here.

Will you Visit a property to give us an estimate?

Yes, though we can accurately estimate small jobs online with pictures. We will go to your house at no cost for any bigger jobs such as unit turnovers.

What areas do you service?

We service all of San Diego County.

What work do you do?

We specialize in residential property maintenance, which includes electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting, drywall, and other miscellaneous tasks.

What work do you not do?

We usually don’t do jobs that require more than one person or take longer than a few days.

Can I call you for emergency services?

Give us a call. It depends on the availability of our technicians and their current schedule.

Do you work weekends?

Yes, we work all days of the week.

Are you licensed and insured?

We have a General Contractor’s (B) License #1123760. We’re also bonded and carry general liability insurance.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes. If it’s our fault, we’ll ensure it’s fixed up to one year from the date of service.

Do you work on larger projects or remodels?

We can do unit turnovers and minor remodels, but we don’t usually work on larger projects.
