Will you come to my house to give me an estimate?
Yes! In-person estimates are free. Though we can accurately estimate small jobs online with pictures. We will go to your house at no cost for any complex jobs.
What areas do you service?
We service all of San Diego County.
What kind of work do you do?
We specialize in residential property maintenance. This means: electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting, drywall, roofing and other miscellaneous tasks. If you need further clarification, the best thing is to reach out and ask!
Can I call you for emergency services?
Yes! Though we are in the initial stages of testing our emergency services, we should be able to get to you within 1-2 hours, same-day. Be sure to let us know you need prompt service.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, we work all days of the week.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we have a General Contractor’s (B) License #1123760. We’re also bonded and carry general liability insurance.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. If it’s our fault, we’ll make sure it gets fixed up to 2-years from date of service.
Do you work on larger projects or remodels?
We can do a soft remodel, but we usually don’t do projects that take longer than 2 days to complete.
