Will you Visit a property to give us an estimate?

Yes! Though we can accurately estimate small jobs online with pictures. We will go to your house at no cost for any bigger jobs such as unit turnovers.

What areas do you service?

We service all of San Diego County.

What kind of work do you do?

We specialize in residential property maintenance for property managers. This means: electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting, drywall, roofing and other miscellaneous tasks with added technology and workflows for completing work orders with excellent reliability and communication.

Can I call you for emergency services?

Give us a call. It depends on the availability of our technicians and their current schedule.

Do you work weekends?

Yes, we work all days of the week.

What kind of work do you not do?

Most, if not all, of our jobs must: (1) be completed by no more than 1 technician, (2) take less than 5 days, and (3) be for a residential property.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we have a General Contractor’s (B) License #1123760. We’re also bonded and carry general liability insurance.

Are you a w2 employer?

Yes, all of our technicians are on W2 and we pay for worker’s compensation insurance. We don’t subcontract to other contractors and prefer to have employees because it allows us to have greater control over our maintenance workflows!

Do you warranty your work?

Yes. If it’s our fault, we’ll make sure it gets fixed up to 2-years from date of service.

Do you work on larger projects or remodels?

We do unit turnovers, but we usually don’t do full remodels.
